Works well.
The cables are easy to install and work just as you would expect them to work, I just received them today and hooked them up right away as they were replacing to older non-working cables. What you get for the price is a wonderful deal, and as of right now there is no reason not to buy these cables. I am actually thinking about buying 1 or 2 more orders of these cables just to have back ups, you really can't beat the price. Affordable replacements to most TV or soundsystems 1080p or less. Not good for 4K, 3D, Oculous VR
Update 12/8/20 - We just learned these cables can NOT handle 1440P resolution, 4K, 3D or Oculus VR or the video frame-rate (Hz) diminishes. We're going to keep these for my Xbox One/360 & DVD players though. I never liked most HD-TV A/V port setups where the HDMI cable is would be sticking out horizontally, and the cable will begin lean down after a few years. The gravity strain on the port will cause it not to connect anymore, and after 3-5 years, no more working HDMI port! That's exactly why we needed these: The wiring is thinner than your retail HDMI cable, so it causes less strain on the TV's HDMI port. And as long and the cables don't get jostled around too often and break the connection internally, these might outlast the age of the TV itself!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Small gauge wire
Got this a cheap cord to use when testing devices and have as a quick temporary use when adding. Cord does work nicely, but dont expect 4k compatibility with this because it does not have enough bandwidth carrying capacity. Dont know how well the shielding is on this but had no noise issues. Good components on a budget.
Lightweight cables like these lack the shielding for a perfectly crisp picture. They do work fine for a 4K TV used as a desktop computer monitor, but there will be slight distortions and ghost images like extra very faint lines in Excel grid lines. For video, any faint image drift will be very hard to notice, and sound quality seems fine.
