Rate and Review OEM Dell Latitude E6420 Laptop 14" LCD Complete Assembly HD+ 1600x900 A2-X2-f1 Monitor is likely Highest-Res monitor available for this computer; Definitely better than "standard" monitors. Not quite "modern" HD specs (1920x1850) but close enough. Definite upgrade.
