This is a great soldering iron from Weller. It heated up very quickly and I was up and soldering in minutes. Thanks to other reviews, I knew to not use the solder it came with as too many people claimed it ruins the tips very quickly. Instead, got some regular soldering lead from other sources on eBay. Got this to replace an old Archer solder iron that I have used forever. This is nice. Don't know how practical the LED's are as I usually don't solder in the dark to begin with. I like the tip interchangeability. It comes with a little bit of solder too and a pointed "tool" of some sort.
