Just What I Needed
I bought this for the bracket, not the fan. I own a Dell XPS 8930 PC, and I learned the bracket from the Alienware snaps right in to the front of my computer. And it does. The fan is a Dell OEM unit, and not the quietist, so I replaced it with a Noctua NF-P12 redux-1300 PWM, Quiet Fan. It's the same part I bought to replace the OEM top exhaust fan. Huge difference. No metal bracket. Just plastic housing.
