Pros: Not as bulky as some, not too heavy, function adjustments are pretty easy, charges fast, good padding, doesn't make your ears sweat, ear cups swivel so they will lie flat when you put them down and it folds into it's self for packing away, oh and the sound is good too Cons: uses 2.5mm cord connector instead of 3.5mm like most things, it has Google assistant for those of you who like this feature. I don't.
