I have used quite a few docking stations over the years, and I have come to settle on the Plugable USB 3.0. Versatile with so many computer brands. It is quick to set up in comparison. The ports are a goodly number and in the places. The video outputs work well with the incorporated DisplayLink software.

Was only missing the adapter for the monitor. Have all sorts of stuff, including multiple monitors, going! I’m really getting into a streamlined work station for an oldster, and this beats buying the overpriced name brand Dell stuff. I’m using the newest Dell Latitude with it. So yes. Compatible.

Works good with my Dell laptop/Win 10. USB hookup works good. Always finds other sources when plugged in. Decent speed for file transfer. Not as convenient as as my old docking station (Hey Dell...why would you remove those ports???) but does work well.

Great low cost docking station that easy to setup, takes up little desk space, and works flawlessly.

Plugged it in and it worked flawlessly. Have u it for two weeks without any problems. Will report again in 6 months or so. All my wired peripherals are connected, I simply unplugged them from my old desktop and plugged them in the docking station, then plugged (via a USB-3 cable) in my laptop.in and voilà! At this time I have not had any issues at all, all my external devices showed up, including the monitor.
