  • Great Office TV

Bought this for client's viewing in my office waiting room. Easy setup right out of the box. TV is good value for the price paid. ROKU system is intuitive, easy to use and full of good viewing content with lots of free stuff to view. Picture quality is 8/10 for a TV in this price range. Sound quality is as I would expect with its small speakers and slim design 6/10 Not familiar with TCL brand though, so not sure what to expect when it comes to durabilty. In the past have bought other lesser known Brand name TV's such as Skyworth which malfunctioned within 6 months. Let;s hope the TCL gives me years of service.

  • My New TV

I was looking to bying a Roku Express An did. Then ran into this TCL 32" TV. Witch was a Roku also, asked couple of people an little research on TV, an found people love it an to it works with wireless router. Found a great value on the TV an bought one. Saving around 30 to 35 a month now on cable, as I only pay for internet. Best money I have ever spent.. Just love my TCL 32" TV. Thank you.

  • Just the best little deal on a Smart TV!

Just the best little deal on a Smart TV! This practically set itself up. I put the legs on, plugged it in and it found my router, set up the wifi, logged me into Roku (I used a Roku Premiere with my other TV) it loaded all my registered channels, and we were viewing literally within minutes of opening the box! And the picture! Wow! It pops, it's colorful and bright and good blacks, and very fast. The main screen displays like the traditional Roku, but additionally shows all the connected devices, so switching to cable is one click. The tv has a single id code so the cable controller found the tv immediately, and it has full control over the picture as well as the Roku controller. The Roku controller has audio controls and mute on the side and a traditional layout on the face. It said it would self-update. I couldn't be happier with a TV! it's a hybrid, I could not find it on the TCL site, but it is a full 1080p system, 120 hz, weighs only 7 pounds, has 3 HDMI connections plus digital audio plus a converter cord to attach a DVD. The sound is, to my old ears, very nice for tv speakers, I won't need a sound bar! Totally recommend this model! - edited 7/21 cannot find support for this tv anywhere. Not listed on the TCL site, no results in a search. No support on TCL site, you 'contact' them you go to same page, circular. Cannot figure out how to adjust tv settings, so while it works great i can't adjust anything. Disappointing, but still the best picture I've ever owned....

  • Great TV, Great Value

Love this smart TV. Most intuitive and simple remote I have ever had. Very good sound, crystal clear picture. Just the right size. I put on a rolling stand in my living room so I can push it out of the way, or into convenient view from any seating. Good value.

  • Now tv looks great canceled the return

TV arrived with a screen blemish only seen in white screen. Decided to use it and while cleaning the new screen from all the tape. I garbed the benzel and there was a snap and the line blemish went away ?

  • Nice set, works well

It was super easy to hook up and connect, a little work required to set up the Roku though. Picture looks good, sound okay. You can use it as a Roku TV or like me, hook it up via HDMI cable (included) to your cable hookup. Works both ways - just have to start with Roku and get to in my case, Xfinity. Good deal, packaged very protectively.

  • Great TV. Best bargain for me this year.

I replaced the remote and the TV works great. Looks like new with no physical defects. Screen is flawless.

  • Great light weight TV/Monitor with value!

Once initial setup, very straight forward to use after. The trick to set up initially is to register to Roku TV first but once registered with an email address, the rest is really easy. Picture quality is great. It is so light and small compares to my older TVs, love that. I use it as my PC monitor so the light weight and small footprint really give me more flexibility on other things. A great TV and monitor!

  • Do they even HAVE quality control?

First unit arrived with a dead string of pixels and no audio working on any of the 3 HDMI ports. ROKU forces you to connect to a network and sign up for their streaming service before you can even get to the HDMI option. Insult to injury: they couldn't be bothered to include batteries that actually had enough charge to power their remote. Decent picture, plenty bright and decent sound based on what I could hear from the bings and boops from the menu. Too bad I never got to listen to any actual shows on it.
