It's cheap for a reason
I installed it in my PC, and it did not function at first. I took it apart, cleaned out all the dust, and replaced the thermal compound on the processor. I reinstalled it and it did display an image after about 30 seconds. I installed the drivers and it worked fine. However, the first thing I noticed were the artifacts; often a random pixel would flash green for a moment, indicating that the card was almost dead. These cards may have been mining cards, which wears them out very fast. The only other issue was that the I/O mounting bracket on the back was warped, which required some hammering out. Overall, if you are looking for a value card for a short-term upgrade and don't mind the artifacts, this would be very good, but the card (that I received at least) is on its last breath and would not be good for extended use.

Stays Cool, quite, wish it came with Hynix memory.
Great and quite GPU, for the miners wondering, this only comes in Micron or Samsung memory. I got Micron but it still hashes pretty well, there would only be a 1%-5% hashing improvement if I got Hynix memory.
