Great Toaster
This is an excellent toaster in that it can toast up to four slices of bread at the same time.The few times i have used this toaster all my toast were evenly toasted with no burn spots. i also like the warming tray to defrost my bagels before i haet them to eat.

This toaster replaced an ikich stainless steel toaster that had seen better days. This new one isn't nearly as efficent as the old one I had, browning is not even, one side is toasted way darker than the other side of the bread, the timer is way off compared to the old ikich. This was either a defective toaster or the quality has gone way, way down. Oh well, live and learn, I will buy a black & decker. I don't think this was NEW as the cord was unwrapped and wound up again. Thanks EBAY!
