Sturdy Device and Works Well
Wasn't sure about buying a B Stock caliber device but I trusted the seller's rating and so far I'm very pleased with this purchase. These devices tend to burn through battery because of the PTT feature, as if the app doesn't have a background or eco mode. And that may be by design. Just be warned that these things can barely make a full 10 hour work day before they need charging. However, we ran over one with a truck and it was still functional! Feels solid
Wanted a waterproof rugged smartphone, and thats what this is. Display is nice. Its fast and responsive. Fingerprint sensor is awesome and works great (tip: program multiple fingers). No problems with phone calls or bluetooth. Battery lasts fine for me, but the display does drain it quick, if you have it on for a long time to watch videos or use maps/navigation. Cons: Photos are a wee bit grainy. Power button is too easy to press, so if you don't use a fingerprint or PIN lock on your phone, you will pull it out of your pocket and it will be on and something weird will be happening while the inside of your pocket was trying to do things on your phone!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great, Durable phone
This is my 2nd duraforce PRO - I had one with Srint previous to this Verizon version. Both are excellent phones for durability. I am a farm worker and am really hard on phones, these hold up great (I use a back cover and glass screen protector, though they probably aren't necessary). This Verizon version has Qi wireless charging, whereas the Sprint version only offers PMA and there are few options for PMA chargers. So I like the Verizon version better (my actual Model is the Duraforce PRO e6810 and the Sprint version was the e6830). The performance of the phone is not the best, but it is adequate. I can open and move between apps pretty quickly and smoothly. I do notice my sisters Motorola MOTO G6 is faster though. (I have a 1.5 GHz Octacore with 3 GB Ram while she has 1.9 GHz and 4 GB RAM). The speaker on the Duraforce is one of the loudest I have heard and the screen is bright enough to be able to use it outdoors in the sun. Overall, I am very pleased, especially with it's durability. The only negative I can think of is the weight - it is a very heavy phone. It will pull your shirt down if you place it in a chest pocket.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Well-built, easy to use phone
Heavy duty phone, very durable and well built. Touchscreen isn't too sensitive, perfect for older, shaky hands or when using gloves, or construction workers. Battery life is average, I have to charge mine every day with light use. Even for someone like me who isn't used to using a smart phone, I find it's fairly easy to use and navigate. Great phone for construction.
The kyocera duraforce pro is a great overall phone. The durability is amazing and the sapphire screen has been unscathed for the time that I have been using it without a screen protector. The phone is heavy and can feel a little big for just having a 5in screen, but for me that is the perfect screen size large enough to enjoy content but small enough to be easy pocketable. To really enjoy this phone in my opinion you have to be looking for a device that doesn't have to be babied but rather used worry free. Some cons of this device
Tuff phone. Loud rings. But heres the con. If you buy this phone for Straighttalk you will not be able to use the Data package while you are on the phone with someone. If in a video call you cant use video due to the data being locked off. This is a real pain in the A$$ if your on a ladder 20ft off the ground looking at a control head, needing to see the schematic diagram and talking to a tech support at the same time. Using Google Maps or GPS? Cuts off when the phone rings and you cant use them while in a call. Same thing with Messenger. No pics, no text, no video while in a call. Also the antenna bar drops to 1g and the 4g cuts off. BUT everything works if Wifi is available. There is a feature under settings that will allow you to "upgrade" the phone to use data and phone calls at the same time but only with Verizon and a small payment to them.. So you need to have this Phone on with Verizon and upgrade and update it. It will store in your SIM and can be transferred to STraighttalk. Straighttalk cannot activate it. Verizon wont activate it if your a Straighttalk customer. Cant find a charging cradle for it nowhere. The only belt clip with hard plastic back and a plastic cover can only be found at Verizon stores at this time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome phone my husband can break!
The sound quality during calls is fantastic. The speaker is as loud as I would ever need. much better than iPhones. Better than any phone I've owned. Screen is sharp and brilliant. Very durable simple phone
This is a simple smartphone that is very durable. Battery life is somewhat long it has last me a whole day (This will depend on how frequently you use your phone). But the touchscreen works fine, the apps are easy to download and use. I noticed that the handsfree feature does not work automatically like a Samsung phone. great Phone
Really like this phone. very heavy duty and hopefully will stand up to the (accidental) use it may encounter. as far as the battery life i put no; but it might be good; constant use for 6 hours before it has to be plugged up again. Haven't got to check standby battery drain yet it may be as advertised. Like i said it has been in constate use. Screen is heavy duty.
