Nintendo's first Mario & Luigi title gets updated with enhanced graphics and an entirely new mode in Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. Superstar Saga finds the titular plumbers traveling to the Beanbean Kingdom with Bowser to rescue Princess Peach from the witch Cackletta and her assistant Fawful. The trio becomes separated after a the Koopa Cruiser crashes, with gamers controlling the brothers simultaneously as they move through the overworld, solve puzzles, learn new special attacks, and unleash combo Bros. Moves as they engage in turn-based battles.

The new "Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser" mode tells the story of what happened to the longtime series antagonist after he was shot out of a cannon and separated from Mario and Luigi. Players take on the role of Captain Goomba and join forces with ShyGuy, Boo, and other traditional Mushroom Kingdom enemies as they go in search of their leader.

Excellent remake, well worth the money!
This remake stays very true to the original while at the same time doing a wonderful job at upgrading the graphics to better match the 3DS’s hardware. Combat feels very satisfying and the story is quite nice for a Mario game. Overall an incredible game and well worth the money!
