Very loud fan. Power cable a tad too short for some mounting options.

Replacement fart fan works.
I bought this replacement fan motor because the old one shook the whole house when it ran. I didn't want to make holes in the drywall and repaint. It fit in the old housing. It was not exact, but close enough, the housing accepts different replacement motors. This comes with it's own fan blade. I be installed upside down first , but it was easy to reverse. Fits Perfectly
This fan motor fits perfectly. It replaces a 30 year old UPPCO fan motor, without having to replace the entire housing.The only drawback is it does not come with instructions. Just make sure that you align the notched motor shaft to the notched fan when its slipped over and onto the shaft. Also make sure the fan is pushed down far enough onto the shaft to engage and lock into the notch on the shaft. Hope this helped.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Needed fitting

Worked well for my situation
Works as replacement for old aluminum fan blade that came loose off motor shaft and could not be fixed. Exhaust fan motor
New motor swaps out with old motor but I had to take the 2 motor bolts out of the new motor..they were in the wrong way to accommodate my older existing fan..I then took the bolts out of the old motor because I needed them to be longer for my fan..put them in the new motor hooked everything up and it works great..so don't panic initially..pretty easy fix..👍Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
