Does a fantastic job with tendinitis. I have mild but constant knee tendon issues from playing basketball and using this for 10 minutes each night per knee relieves all or most of the pain by the time I'm done. It also helped a 25 year old chronic elbow issue that I thought was permanent damage, and I no longer have pain or feel the need to wear a brace when playing. Search for and read pdf called 'Ultrasound Dose Calculations' for insight into how to use this 3mhz machine. Caution, using for too long or too strong can result in increased pain, not necessarily felt immediately...'more' is not always better!
