Pulse Oximeter
I purchased this item due to the record feature on the watch. I recently began using a Bipap machine and wanted to know how it was doing keeping my O2 sats up at night while asleep. I recorded for two nights straight, downloaded and printed off the reports. I was very impressed at the quality of data on the report. I could see the pattern of when things dropped and how effective the Bipap was.. It has also come in very handy if I flip out of Normal Sinus Rhythm because I can monitor my heart rate easily. I felt like it gave me all the basic data (although not as detailed) as the overnight sleep study my physician ordered. The only thing I noticed is that it is sensitive to movement so if you are doing a lot it does not seem to be as accurate. It is very easy to use. I have not had it long and recently I had a problem downloading the data, but I think it is my computer and not the monitor. I uninstalled the program and will reinstall it to see if that solves the problem. I had absolutely no issues at all initially.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wonderful display and software for long term oxygen measurements.
I regularly have to check my oxygen levels during a night of sleep with my complex sleep apnea. This works wonderfully, It's easy to wear on wrist and finger during the night and gives a fantastic report of eight hours of sleep. My doctor's were impressed by it. It's worth every penny. One bad feature is, the OLED display brightness fades to almost unreadable after a year's use (Just beyond warranty). This is my second one purchased, as I won't be without it. Much better than clip on meters for overnight use. Easily interfaces with Sleepyhead CPAP software without a bunch of manual manipulations. Everything works as it should. Older model better than new.
I have purchased several of your oximeter over the past many years. The latest oximeter purchased, I'm less than thrilled with! 1) The finger probe is not usable for me, nor of the quality I came to understand of your product. 1) I would have simply used my older finger probe however the USB inlet is not the same. 3) Is it a planed obsolescence of your products, as the useful life, where the background light continues to dim until it is unreadable any longer? I must take reading often due to may conditions. I wish that the above were not issue. Other than that I would recommend your older model not this one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice piece of equipment, would buy again. Note the charging cable will not transfer data use a different cable, and you will need to download the software off the internet and use WinZip to open the software. If you make it work it is excellent
It is a good hardware, but with very poor owner manual, does not include how to downloads software, nor to, download to pc or read the recorded values. You need to sweet until it works but after that is very stable and satisfactory. and makes very nice all night SO2 reports. Whoever does the overview of the usability in Contec must be fired, it is a good product with poor support, I was in the middle of returning it when I found how to download the newest version of the softwareVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is a quality unit, FDA approved and reported in medical literature as accurate. Comfortable to wear, did not disturb sleep at all. Readings seemed appropriate with occasional artifact. I used as an adjunct for post covid exercise and sleep issues. Set up took patience ( I have none) and small fingers to set up (not me either). I could read the screen only at brightest level. The enclosed manual was not up to date; for example, referred to enclosed CD (none) but was able to download software and full manual online, both very helpful. Chinese puzzle with tiny fonts
Figuring it out requires computer IQ. Transferring the data to an e-mailable format is very difficult requiring screen prints and editing. The menu fonts are tiny and require a magnifying glass. "Power on" is to easy = dead battery when needed, Technical support is non-existent.
