A great system but it may take the cat(s) some time to get used to it because of the pellet system. I finally had to go "cold turkey" with my cat and remove the old box; thankfully, he started using it. Tidy cats litter system
I bought this based on a recommendation from my daughter and I'm glad I did. With 3 cats in the house I have gone ahead and purchased another and will be purchasing two more in addition. The clean up is so easy and I don't have litter tracked all through the house as I have with traditional litter. I haven't noticed any box smell either! Works great with wood pellets too
Took months but eventually got my cats to use this system with wood pellets. The change from clumping litter was stressful for all of us. The pellets turn into sawdust when hit by moisture (pee) then after picking out the feces a quick stir has the sawdust falling through the cracks. Makes a huge mess.
Did I buy the same product as all the other reviewers? Within a day the pad had saturated and was a leaky disgusting mess when I pulled it out. True, I was using one box with two cats but it certainly wasn't saving time or money to have to change the pads daily. Even worse, on a recommendation from other users, I switched to pine litter when the Breeze litter ran out. Big mistake! Again, pulling the tray out resulted in a huge mess : not just urine but now saturated saw dust that sprayed everywhere when I pulled the tray out.
