Only improvement I could use is a cover. I am still looking for one that fits securely. Ember designers have my comments. Not only would it keep airborne particles out of the coffee it would increase the battery heating cycle time by almost an hour. This is due to the reduced surface area exposed to the ambient temperature. Syncs with Android and has worked flawlessly over the month I have been using the Mug2. I thought a second charger might be nice, but not necessary unless I was to walk around with an cold mug of coffee. That has not happened yet. The Mug2 is heavier than other vacuum mugs due to its internal electronics and battery. The 14oz is measured to the very top of the rim. 10oz pod coffee maker setting leaves room for milk and the ability to carry a full cup of coffee around. A 12oz setting is fine if you do not use milk in your coffee. I do drink tea, but have not tried to brew tea in the Mug2. Awesome product, keep my beverage hot and to the exact temperature I prefer. During work, I used to drink half of my coffee before going cold; most of the time I never finished my drink. Now, whenever I get busy, I'll go for 20 minutes to an hour before taking another sip of my coffee, it tastes fresh and feels exactly how I like the desired temperature. It is a great concept, but very poorly executed in it's engineering. The cup continually forgets the temperature setting, thinks the cup is empty when it's half full, doesn't correctly read the temperature and doesn't keep coffee at the desired temperature. It is the most poorly designed product I have ever purchased. in addition, the coaster contacts stick in a down position making it sometimes not recharge the battery.
