Great fun, get one if you can! Lots of power in a small box.
Great fun to play with, but get a Korg type midi cable adapter (type A only) & play it with a controller keyboard such as a Keystep, unless you just want to use the arpeggiator. The ribbon keyboard is a joke. Amazingly powerful for such a small device, & it's expandable with 3rd party oscillators & effects. The built-in effects are pretty amazing as well, especially the reverbs. Cool filters as well. You can also use the effects section as a stand alone module with other devices, like Korg Volcas or most other synths.

Fantastic little synth
Great synth , only major issue is Korg is using TRS-a midi and my gear appears to be TRS-b and it won't work with my sequencer for now Other than extremely useful and easy to load custom sounds

Little but powerful beast
This tiny box is something! • usb-midi (receive notes and CC parameters. So you can draw automation for various parameters such as osc shape, filter cutoff etc) • onboard high quality effects. The reverb is crazy! • you can make your own oscillators via third-party software (like wavetables in serum)

Excellent synth / fx
Good value for what it can do. Keyboard strip is tiny and hard to work with but no problem with a midi controller (supports midi over usb, e.g. with Ableton). Using multiple custom effects can overload the CPU, but great sound otherwise.

Nightmare firmware update on Win 8 but OK then !
After nightmare stressful evening till 4 AM trying unsuccessfully to update firmware to 1.2 from 1.03 on Windows 7-8.1 It took 20 sec on windows 10 to do update! Well it sounds good, but not that for a $100 comparing to Volca Bass )) No seq, OK arp, possible to add OSCs and FXs - greate ! Hybrid synth in between of Volca and Zoom MS )
