Finally! No meat loss to grills' sticking!
We barbeque a LOT. The problem's been that everything sticks to the grates, and we lose food because it sticks. So, I went shopping for something to help. I considered the aluminum foil grills, but then I saw these. They work wonderfully well. One sheet lay flat over the entire grill, and I got to barbeque chicken breasts without sticking. Awesome. HOWEVER......they had no flavor. I tried hamburgers the next night, and they just didn't have any flavor. It was like cooking them in a frying pan on the stove. I cut one mat in half, and will try it tonight. I made bratwurst, and it was ok.....but then, I pushed the mat back and finished them over the flames. I think I will use it to sear the meat so it's firm, then do the rest of the cooking on the grills. I'm still happy to have them, but it's a learning experience.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
