    The ratchet is great in theory but I bought it “new” and I noticed that the head has a lot of slop not in the ratcheting mechanism but the swivel

    I’m thinking it’s either used and labeled as new or craftsman with this one and only ratchet didn’t snug fit the plastic attachment exhausted the swivel and peeled the label
