Worth every penny!
I have used various hoods, but were on the low budget side on things. However, upon reading many favorable reviews on this product, I decided to make the leap and try it. Man, what a difference! I can see more in-depth , which makes for much better welds. No more intuitive welding .There are several settings and adjustments to cater to your preferences. It also has a grind function that allows you to suspend the auto darkening . I already have it sold to two others that I know and I'm sure more would like to try ..and probably buy !! A great helmet
I bought this helmet simply to compare it with my miller elite pro. Needless to say, I love it better than my miller! The single biggest difference that I noticed was that from time to time I would see one or two shadow images of my arc with my miller. The Lincoln doesn't do that. It's very clear. All the reviews I based my purchase decision were that this was a top of the line Helmet and now that I have gotten it, I have to say that they are 100 percent right. New optical tech on the shade is awesome. The number of adjustments on the shade and the headgear take some time to work through but once you get it set up it's like nothing else I have ever used. Clarity of image when shaded is unbelievable! Highly recommend this for Pro or Hobbyist. Very Good helmet . 2 ed one I have these helmets I have purchased .
Have 2 years of use on same model helmet's. Large viewing area . Easy to see out of . No issues . Gets used often as I am am a steel fab business .Replaces and gets used more than top of the line Speed Air helmet . I once was blind but now I see
Just got mine yesterday. Did a little GTAW with it and I’m very pleased. Head gear is very comfortable. Being able to see so clearly in colour instead of green tunnel vision is just amazing. Have 5 welding hoods all autodarking. I finely found one that fits,has room for glasses ,stays up until I want to drop.The view is fantastic,clear and in the correct location.
