My 2005 Toy Tacoma blower motor only had one speed- full on. Ordered this Dorman Heater/AC blower motor resistor and replaced it- easy to do- two small screws. Removed the older style burned out resistor with this new style and it works great now. All four speeds. While you are there, might as well order and replace the cabin air filter as well.
