I like that it can be tightened and loosened as needed, I like that it cant be opened unless you drop the tailgate. I mean It can be cut if a thief really wants in but sometimes out of sight out of mind is great and compared to hard roll up the price was right in my budget. Keeps everything dry even when I go through the car wash.
