This product is of good quality and does an excellent job of beefing up the suspension allowing hauling to be less stressful. Installation is not bad, providing you have tools and some experience. I would not recommend installing if you are not mechanically experienced. Instructions are typical, written by some one who probably has not used the product. There is good help through tech support to fill in blanks in the instructions. I will probably back off on the pre-load I put in during installation, ride is noticeably stiffer.
