Very Good Tablet/Phone Holder, But Not A Great Compliment to the Roto-View Accesory
I modified my Tab-Tite holder to hold my Sony Z Ultra 6.4" phone as it is nearly the size of a 7" tablet, and now I have the advantage of the ease of use of the Tab-Tite. The spring tension is somewhat strong so the holder will need a minimum of two suction cups as it turns out. My current single-cup windshield mount cannot support the weight of the Tab-Tite (unfortunately RAM Mounts does not mention this problem on their site). Ideally the spring tension should be adjustable but as it is, it's ok I think. I also purchased the Roto-View accessory in order to easily switch between portrait and landscape mode but the Roto-View is poorly designed and causes the suction cup mount to twist when being turned. I recommend the tablet holder and was able to modify it for my smaller "tablet" (large phone) by adding custom cut metal inserts to fill in the center gaps in the small end pieces included with the kit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
