  • Pretty good wah with ok volume pedal

Some may like the way filter and some may not. The dual volume and wah is nice but volume drop off is fairly fast so it's not like a full volume pedal. The pedal is small fits half your foot but does work well and can get close to a standard crybaby...but not quite as smooth a tone as vox or crybaby wah

  • great dual purpose pedal for the price

I'm new to boards and pedals, but this thing works great. I'm learning how to use it and it's pretty easy to adapt to. it is a small pedal (but I also wanted a smaller, lighter board). I wear a 13EEEE shoe and it disappears under my foot, but it's easy to find the balance (rocker) point for your foot. I love the Wah (working on Clapton and Hendrix) even an amateur can make Voodoo Child sound not half bad.

  • Very good Wah sound and easy to use

Sonicake VolWah. I rely on wah and prefer a volume wah. For years I used separate pedals and the last few years used the ME 50. So a vol/wah is essential for me to use either individual pedals or to add to a large effect. On my synth I would rahter not have to dedicate every patch to vol/wah so I tried this for about $50. Anyway, the wah works well. I prefer classic cry baby to morley (watery) sound. This has mostly a cry baby sound with a little watery sound (I guess its subjective) I cannot do the speed vibrato on this but I cannot do that on anything except the original cry baby. It does not have the wide range of the other wahs but it is a good range and feels like a wah. The volume pedal works well it is a bit abrupt from zero to a little sound but this is minor. The pedal stays in position for fixed wah or vol level and when switching to wah there is little volume change. I sometimes use it with a battery lead and 9v. Most people will just plug it in. I would love if it had a battery compartment. I give it 4 stars because I have no idea about durability over time. It feels great and easy to switch. It is very small about the size of a Boss pedal.

  • First wah pedal.

This little wah pedal is a lot of fun. I mostly just use the wah function but the active volume setting functions well and without extra noise. I put half my weight on it with no problems (I am 160lbs) its smaller than my foot but mounted to my little pedal board its sturdy enough. If you've never had a wah and want to give it a short this is a good option and will fit a standard pedal space

  • Great pedal board addition for wah and volume control.

Very acceptable wah tones and volume swell function. Fits on pedal board - Recommend using it on the lower level of your board if you have multiple levels, this lets your foot adjust to it well. Great value. Sturdy. Not having a 9v battery option is a small drawback.

  • Good Wah, Weak Volume, Too Small

This 2-in-one wah and volume pedal is worth a try. I really enjoyed the wah function, although its the only wah I have used, so I can't offer an unbiased opinion there. However, I really disliked the volume function. As far as I could tell, you can't set the pedal to bypass, its either on wah or volume mode, and there's a very noticeable drop in max signal strength in "volume" mode. I also found it a bit hard to control just due to its small size. Personally, I would recommend just saving up a little more for a larger pedal(s). For swells, I switched to a Behringer heavy-duty volume pedal, which is vastly more user friendly and a great deal. While I did enjoy the wah function, I eventually parted ways with this pedal because I didn't like not being able to just turn it off.

  • A really good sounding pedal in a small, sturdy package.

What a great little pedal. The combination of a volume pedal and wah in such a small package is exactly what I was looking for. I can easily fit it on my small pedalboard without major re-arrangement of the other pedals. As a plus, it feels solid and well made, sounds really good. The only downside that I can see is that the throw is a little bit short, due to its size. I still find it to be very usable once you get used to it, but I can see how someone coming from a larger pedal would need to adapt to it.

  • Great first wah pêdal for beginner guitarist or seasoned player for practicing

good price...seems sturdy unless you jump on it and trash it. very small as well so it fits on my pedal board very easily!

  • Comparable Effects to Big Name Brands at a Fraction of the Price

Great little wah pedal! Effect is comparable to bigger name brands at a fraction of the price. Smaller footprint which makes me happy because that leaves extra room on my pedal board, although it does make it slightly more difficult to control than a full size wah. The volume isn’t quite as smooth (although that may be due to the size/control learning curve,) but since it’s not an effect I use frequently, I’m not too bothered by that.

  • Great full size wah sound.

The wah sounds as good as my full size standard cry baby. I am using it on a small pedalboard so the pedal's small size and light weight serves that purpose well. The only downside is getting used to the small treadle area., but it is after all a mini wah so that is what it is supposed to be.
