Perfect Trainer
The first thing I liked about this trainer was the price, right in the middle of cheap and expensive. This is my first trainer, but I can tell you that this was easy to assemble and solid once it set up. Its also easy to use and put your bike on and the construction is solid. I can see this holding up well under many hours of use. It really does give a pretty realistic resistance similar to being on the road and I don't see myself tiring of using it. I can see this being a big help in keeping me in shape through the long winter. Very minor issue, it is not as quiet as reported. I use in the garage so no problem for me, but I'm not sure it would be quiet enough in the house. Overall - recommended!
