Great bang for the buck!
I have an HP Z440 so getting a higher power supply with an 8-pin pci-e harness to fit would require hacking up the case to fit. The HP Z440's do come with a 6-pin connector though. So the 6-pin to 8-pin adapter was my best option. The adapter was well made and made a nice extension down to my graphics card. Great buy for the price!

Great little adaptor cable
Works as intended. Allows me to use graphics cards that are not normally compatible with the pcie plugs from my power supply. Be sure the power supply is large enough to power requirements of the video card.
