The controller is very awesome to use and it’s honestly probably one of the best controllers I used however my problem was that it was pretty dirty when I received it. There was a lot of grime and like dirt on the controller and in the x y b a buttons and it didn’t seem like they didn’t even try to clean it, The carrying case also had a lot of dirt inside but wasn’t a problem since i was easily able to clean it. When I first picked it up it felt very greasy? I’m not sure how to explain it but I’ll give benefit of the doubt since my main concern was if the controller was in good condition or had any stick drift. The controller was perfectly fine, in terms of stick drift just a tad bit but it was only if I put my controller dead zone at zero which obviously would give stick drift but even then it wasn’t bad. But it was basically non existent and didn’t hurt my gameplay. Also the switch to change the trigger pressure looks like it was broken? It’s not a big problem though since it’s a refurbished product , it does it’s job. The controller came out perfect once I gave it a good cleaning. Maybe they forgot to clean mine im not sure but if they had cleaned it well it would have been 5 stars. Anyways it’s not a big problem anymore for me since I cleaned it well but I just hope in the future other people’s controllers don’t have theirs come in un cleaned. This controller is so much more than just an Xbox controller. Sure it seamlessly integrates with your console and allows more fine tuning than anything short of a mouse and keyboard. It is also able to connect to any Bluetooth device that accepts controller input. (Phones, tablets, firestick, Windows 10, etc. etc.) From adjustable trigger depths, and stick tension, to d-pad choice and stick height, to paddle assignments and a shift button to double the amount of customization per button press. This is the best controller around. Plus, it is going to be compatible with the new series X. Great choice to buy. Glad I did.

truly feels like a premium product. it's weight and textured grip make it ultra comfortable, making it ideal for longer gaming sessions. the customisation is real neat; swapping out thumbsticks or d-pads is fast and easy-peasy (can be done between loading screens lol). if you're serious about your xbox or pc experience, you have to have this! can be charged via usb-c and even while it's zipped up inside its case. only negative is the price. don't give more than a hundred and change for it. it's a tremendous little gadget to have, but at the end of the day, it's still a just a video game controller. it's substantially made, but i will still treat it with great care (very afraid to drop it bc it's added weight might damage more inside on a fall).

Pros- I should've known and bought one of these sooner. The changable buttons are all metal. The build quality is pretty top notch. Customization is easy. Cons- not many aftermarket parts or part colors offered. For example I can't find yellow anything. Just gold and a few other colors. The rubber is a pain in the rear end. You sweat and the controller just becomes too slippery. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find just a plastic shell. Minus one star for this.

Got the controller in a few days and it worked good and had all parts, box, case, manual, etc. Controller had a little wear but that was expected. Controller had good sticks w no stick drift! The start button is a little bit mushy and hard to press but no problem, sometimes the A button doesn't register on the 1st press, but I use a paddle for the A button when playing most games so still not a problem, I cld also prolly fix either if they bothered me... All in all it has been a good deal and I am happy with the purchase. Thanks!
