I put this on my 4Runner to have a place to run a flag when 4 wheeling in trails or parks. Suction cup mounts are available too but I was worried the pressure on a fender might bend it. Anyways, it looks pretty cool to me and has a tasteful look to it. If you’re halfway mechanically inclined it should be an easy install. All hardware and bolts are heavy duty. I think that it would definitely add protection from a deer hit. Hope it never gets tested. I can press down on it and move the suspension without the bar giving way. It has a black crinkling finish that my daughter compared to a pool noodle texture. I guess it does. I like it better than a smooth surface that may show flaws easier. I may consider the running boards that match the bull nose by the same company.

The Max T is a solid support. The only negative is it causes interference due to the size with the front sensor so it shuts off my Cruise Control and impact sensors. But it is very nice and hopefully the Quality holds up Thank you
