Great laptop, great bargain!
I did some research before buying this product and it had very good reviews. I've just started using it and couldn't be happier. I'm very satisfied, love the display. Plays videos beautifully. Haven't had any issues using it. The packaging by Acer is very sturdy and attractive. Was flawless in loading up and configuring Windows 10 on first startup. I hope to use this for some moderate gaming soon. Added a second 1TB SSD and had no issues; was very easy to accomplish. These SSD's sure load things up fast, too. Great but one potentially fatal flaw.
Works great when it does work. Really like the speed, graphics, power to do many tasks at once, etc. Also like Acer as a brand, they don't disappoint usually. Perhaps I just had bad luck with the one I bought. Everything works fine except the internet. Like every month it just won't connect to the internet. So you have to restore factory settings for it to work again. Probably would need to connect an ethernet cable to the pc to get it to work consistently. Might just be the one I got though. The 90 day warranty might not be enough in my opinion. If you can just buy a brand new one. That is what I'll do in the future. They'll probably have longer warranties to ensure it works fine. Really is a good deal you get a high performance pc under $1000. But if other people had the same problem I did then perhaps not though. That is why 3 stars instead. On 60% sale = A huge bargain.
I'm blown away by this laptop. I hate laptops; Or did. This one has definitely changed my opinion on laptops. I travel for my job but I am a gamer. So I figured I would get a laptop. I saw that this was on a huge sale, and after checking out the specs I bought it assuming it would at least run games on okay settings. This thing is better than my desktop... I paid less for this than I did my desktop... The screen is amazing btw. A lot of laptops I noticed have issues where you need to be viewing it at a specific angle otherwise there's a glare. Not with this one. The speed is also amazing. Everything looks amazing. My only issues I ran into involved the graphics driver, and I fixed it easily. I am very happy with this purchase. The Acer Predator Helios 300 Is Absolutely Amazing.
I love this laptop. The layout literally screams "Powerful Gaming Laptop". Aesthetically it looks good. This model doesn't come with a 1 TB hard drive so I recommend purchasing an external hard drive or manually installing a hard drive into the laptop. It's capable of running the latest games at high settings without much trouble. It's totally worth the money. It also has a 144hz screen and uses DDR4 Memory.

Good laptop for gaming and video work!
Good: Well working, very fast, good for gaming, awesome design, predator sense that controls temperature.
