Not a Bose, but......
Speakers come with RCA style connectors, and were too short for my home theater setup. Had to buy RCA extensions, just to figure out that the connectors on the back of the unit are recessed, and the extensions didn’t fit due to the insulation not fitting through the hole. A few homemade modifications and it worked. Excellent sound for the price, the bass shakes my walls and floors. Many different settings, remote has more buttons than my tv remote. Very easy set up. I just wish the front speaker and center channel wires were longer. For the price, an outstanding value.

Dissapointed with sound quality.
I purchased this system to replace my home stereo system because of the great reviews. This system has good sub bass and mid range but missing mid bass and treble.When using the optical input from my tv I can adjust different output frequencies on the tv to make the quality acceptable but with fm radio or blue tooth quality is poor. I have learned my lesson once again and will replace this system with one I can listen to prior to purchase.

Great value. great setup and connection options. Remote and EQ are hard to navigate. lights are pretty corny, would be nice to easily change all the colors or turn them off via remote. Would buy again because of the price and outrageous bass.

Rockville Home Theater System
Impressive sound quality for the price! Absolutely outstanding! Nice, crisp sound, bass thumps right through your chest with no distortions whatsoever. The system seems to do this effortlessly for as loud as you want. Only downer for now is I've only been able to connect my Samsung tv via bluetooth for sound through all speakers. Haven't had time to look into why individual speakers yet for wired connection(I'm almost sure I overlooked something). Aside from that, definitely worth the buy! Seriously, it seems rather ridiculous to pay more for the pricey comparable systems out there.

Well for the price it is good! But don't get too excited! It says it is a 1000 watts but I really don't think so.it does do good.but it really isn't that loud.been into audio of some kind since the 80's and have seen plenty of systems that are a 1000 watts that would blow this one away.but it does make the television watching experience a little better.but if you are gonna use it to watch music videos etc.i would recommend finding something better.it could really use a power booster of some sort.the speakers are pretty clear when at top volume but I do believe they could handle more power.it sounds more like a 250 watt system to me.for the money though it will work!

Overpriced and over rated.
I received this item in a timely manner and it seemed packaged well. That's only good I say about this. it's not a stero it's the hmm machine cause all I get. I started looking for reviews on this stero . First thing I saw was another site selling the hmm machine for 70dollars where's I paid 125. Bluetooth and USB connected ok. This is nowhere near a thousand watts stero. Worst radio I have ever bought. Old school connection for hooking up speakers. I wasn't expecting top notch for price but I was expecting more then a 125 dollar humming stero
