My welding shop is a happier place now!
The angled pipe brackets on these stands don’t work for my welding needs but I knew that before buying 4 of these kick*ss gizmos. I’ll fabricate 4 bolt-on magnetic brackets for converting them to hold square tubing, plate stock and all the rest. They’re just heavy enough to be stable platforms but not so heavy that they’d sit in the corner unused. Compact and Strong
I have several pipe stands and while they work great, they are very hard to store and to transport. This pipe stand is very compact and easy to transport in the back of my van or truck. It does not take up very much room and has a nice even balanced carrying handle. I would definitely purchase this item again and recommend it for any hvac service tech, plumber or pipefitter. Great Fold Up Pipe Jack
Most rig welders do not like fold up jacks because of the wobble you get out of them while working pipe in the jacks. But with that said if you can work with that these jacks are a very good.
