Bought this stapler as I needed one that was capable of penetrating leather and heavy plastic (re-doing a motorcycle seat). Worked wonderfully. Fired properly every time. Just what I expected from Ryobi. Easy to use, well thought out, and powerful! No more squeezing for all your worth on the handle of my manual stapler set to the deepest setting. Twist the knob, aim, fire, and watch the staple go flush with even dense particle board. Not super light, but manageable. Lots of working time with my 3 amp battery. Pleasentaly suprised, more powerful than I expected
I purchased this Royobi staple gun to use in recovering golf cart seats. The seats I cover are made with a thick plastic form that the new covers need to be attached to. I was worried that the staples may not completely seat themselves into the plastic firmly and hold the new seat cover in place. Worries where unfounded, the stapler seated the staples flush and securely in place and performed flawlessly. Much improved tool
I had the older version of this stapler. It was heavy and awkward to use and most of the time the Staples would bend over instead of going in the wood.
