This was on vinyl in my mothers collection when I was 6 years old. I would sing along while the LP played with my mom's hairbrush as a microphone. I usually gave most of the home concerts when I was a kid. My, how I loved this music and still do. As I played my new CD for the first time today, as soon as I unwrapped it, the words came right back to me as if I had been listening to these songs all this time. Thank You So VERY Much for bringing this absolutely wonderful melodic music back to my ears once again!

Well I thought the price was very reasonable for a classic album and it came on the original label of Atlantic Records. It plays great no problems. It didn't have a case but I had a spare one that I made up for it so I'm very happy with this product.

This CSN s/t cd is a replacement for one that grew legs and walked away. This one even sounds better than my lp. Crazy me saying that, but my pressing is thrilling in the upper ranges and sibulant. I need to get another. Anyhow this cd sounds fantastic and I believe more detailed. Everything is there good bass, midrange and treble, and the vocals are just right to. It doesn't sound too bright, the mids are clear and the bass is not mushy, but deep smooth and defined. This is one cd everyone should have. It's my favorite Crosby, Stills and Nash album (self titled) of course. I am very happy with this. Thank you.

I bought this CD to replace an old 8 track that doesn't play anymore! It brings back my youth--the hippie days, if you will! (I lost the album in my travels) The harmonies of these three gentlemen are fantastic and I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys good music! The best thing about my first playing was the expression on my 2 year old grandson's face - I've been singing "Guinnevere" to him as a lullaby since he was born. Also, though you can get most of the more popular tunes on compilations or 'Hits' CDs, you won't find "Lady of the Island" anywhere else! And that's one of my favorites and probably the real reason I went for this recording instead of one of the others. I was just so glad to see the title on CD!
This is one the greatest albums ever produced in any genre. I have an original vinyl copy, and one on tape. I've wanted to get a CD for some time now and this was the right time and price to get it. The fidelity is just as I remembered it. I have finally added it to the rest of my CSN&Y collection. Great songs, harmonies, and musicianship. I'm totally happy with my purchase.
