This is just one Thermoelectric Peltier device.
Remember this only has one Thermoelectric Peltier device even though there are 2 heat sinks and 2 fans. One side has the Thermoelectric Peltier device the other side is a piece of double sided tape that looks like a Thermoelectric Peltier device with no wires. There is no reason for the fan nor heat sink on the double sided tape side, unless it is to deceive.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
