Very nice item ease of use
For the price a very friendly item, pleasant to look at, easy to use, child friendly (safe), won’t break your back when changing out the 5 gallon containers. Very nice LED warm white light. My only minor issue is that it’s can get a bit noisy when/after getting water (automatic pumping) but it really doesn’t last long only for about 5-10 seconds then it goes away pretty quiet overall. Highly recommend

Bottom load for easier handling.

It is very pleasing to the eye and works flawlessly and more economically priced than some of the through the countertop hot water dispensers that I was shopping for initially.
