Great cable cutter
Been refurbishing bicycles for disadvantaged youth for Christmas. My linesman pliers just could not cut through the stainless steel braid of the brake and shifter cables. These cut through the twist and braids of the brake and shifter cables cleanly, which is important so we can put on the ferrules or caps and crimp them on to the end of the cable. Works Great!

Not worth it
The spring came off before I ever got the chance to use it. I opened it from the box and opened the utters up and closed them than walked inside my house and when I set the pair down, it was missing the spring. I found it right outside where I had opened the box up. Don’t know how it cuts cause I haven’t tried it yet, but why bother if the spring is just gonna fall right off again.
