Such an excellent product. Packaging was mildly off as the tank was not taped down, but Tony took care of all issues, contacting Jura and dealing with the broken tank. He had new one sent out. Great starter machine for anyone getting into the world of super-automatic espresso!
JURA's original E8 model is notable among super-automatic espresso machines, one designed for ease of use that assures consistent cup with wonderful crema. The E8 is perhaps not as fancy looking as newer models which have more chrome or shiny black, but inside sits Jura's ever classic brew unit, burr grinder and single boiler. There are many E8's available on the market as it was a popular model, so used prices for machines and parts are reasonable. Failures are typical to most Jura machines, usually just needing the brew unit to be refurbished (new silicone O-rings) and/or the grinder burrs replaced. Recommended!
