works great for 720p HD signals
this product works very well for transmitting wireless HD signals. although it says it transmits up to 1080p i haven't been able to get higher than 720p. you need to keep the distance between the transmitter & receiver short and it will not work through walls. we use it to watch hdtv outside on our patio and it works great. occasionally it will reset itself and the screen will go blank while it tries to reconnect to an HD channel. overall i would recommend this product over other wireless HD systems.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Works well with PS4
I have a projector and I have it mounted on the ceiling. I used to have a table under it that I sat my PS4 on but it was too cluttered with too many wires hanging from the ceiling. This is a great solution. I can put the PS4 across the room, be able to sit close to my entertainment center, and charge my Controller with the PS4 that is now located in front of me. So far, I haven’t noticed any lag at all when playing PS4 first person shooters, fighting, or adventure games. It appears to have an even better image than my dedicated hdmi cable that I used to use. This Nyrius Aries Prime Transmitter and Receiver is a no-brainer. I received it on time and took it out of its box, attached transmitter/HDMI to my iPhone and receiver/HDMI to my tv. Chose the HDMI source on my tv, turned on the receiver, then the transmitter and got immediate results. I’ve had virtually no problems with signal or lag in about 12 hours of use. Works well in my simple setup
I am transmitting to a DLP projector. Only 5 ft away no walls, using to watch movies from Apple TV and DVD player, and and it works well. I found it best to plug the receiver in first (on a battery pack) to the projector and then plug the transmitter into the source. No lag I detect. Wireless HDMI Cable
This device solved a real issue in our coach. The TV satellite receiver is at the front of our coach and is controlled wirelessly, but needs to connect to coax mounted at that point.
