I actually had my adult daughter test it on her car to find out if it was simple to use. Very Powerful Inflator
I was looking for a tire inflator that I could use with a battery and this DeWalt 20 volt corded or cordless was the answer. I had to purchase the battery and charger separate so I got a deal on the DeWalt 20 volt Max 5.0 ah Lithium-ion battery and charger kit with a bag. The bag is large enough to hold the DeWalt air inflator and battery and charger. I neede a cordless air inflator because my antique car is a 6-volt system and I couldn't use one with only corded 12-volt plug. I got this for emergency tire problems with my antique car and am completely satisfied because it is a powerful unit that will inflate my tire from flat to 35 pounds pressure in just 4 minutes. This little air box has corrected pressure in over 30 trailer tires ,60 classic cars and 10 trucks. along with multiple pieces of equipment. definitely need to purchase the 6 AH batteries. This now eliminated having to carry around a portable air bottle, or move the vehicles or compressor to fill tires. This portable air box has simplified my life and now purchased another to take with me on road trips. Still operates perfect after much use. Does What It Is Supposed To and Does It Well
This may be one of the best DeWalt tools I own. I bought this to inflate bicycle tires. Set the desired PSI and let it go. It stops automatically and even leads the pressure a bit. After success with bicycle tired I decided to try it on my vehicles. Both are SUVs with tire inflations at 35 PSI. It takes it a bit longer but it inflates all eight tires to the required PSI without draining the battery. In fact, the battery showed three out of three bars when I was done. Much easier than dragging out the cord on the big compressor or driving down to the gas station. if you already have 20 volt batteries for your other tools, adding this tool is a no brainer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality product
I have used a bunch of different types of products. All car style has been junk until this product came out. I have an 80 gallon air compressor in my garage. Funny thing is now, how fast and easy it is to use. I prefer using this DeWalt compressor over the 80 gallon compressor 220V. I don't have to wind up the air hose and the chuck. Handy and powerful
This is the second compressor of this model that I have purchased. The first one for myself was so good that I got one for my son. This, like all the Dewalt cordless tools, is reliable, powerful, and easy on the battery. Great cordless tire inflator. Easy use
Great tire inflator, cordless is the way to go. Khanka sells a nice case. This is my second purchase, my first is still going strong & gets used quite often servicing a crew of 125 people on my jobs. Someone always has a tire issue, especially when the hot summers turn cool & tire pressure starts to decrease. Highly recommend using a charged battery & a good case for storage. Great cordless inflator
I love this dewalt inflator. Set it and forget it… if you have a large tire to inflate, it will take a while, but you can just set the inflation pressure, press play and walk away. Shuts off on its own when it hits selected psi. Didn’t get a chance to inflate an inflatable, but I used it to deflate one. Works great. I keep it under the back seat of my truck. Inflated all 8 of my tires and the airbag suspension and had plenty of battery left (and I’ve had my batteries for 6 yrs)

Workhorse will last if you take care of it.
This is the second one of these that i have had, i ran over the first one, it still works but is ugly. I had the first one for two years and it was awesome. works great on battery and has a super long 12v plug if the battery dies. this thing is a workhorse and has never failed. nice thing when using this the tire side you can set the pressure you want and walk away, it will air it up to pressure you want and then stop.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This unit is more powerful and runs on a DeWALT 20 volt battery or 12 volt DC or with the optional 120 volt AC power supply.
