Note: temperature control of heating element is not by an actual temperature measuring device but by adjusting relative 'make and break' bi-metallic strip. Relative simple device but over time, heating/cooling of the bi-metal strip takes it's toll and just needs to be replaced. Full range control of heating element has been restored.
