It was easy to install, took about a total of 30 minutes to replace the broken door bellow. Its not has durable as the actual made from whirlpool, but for half the price I can't complain to much. Socks tend to get stuck inside, but that occurred with the old one too so no difference there. I would buy it again.

This bellow fits my Kitchenaid washer model # KHWS02RMT1 well. The only struggle i had was connecting the detergent inlet of the washer to this gasket. After getting the bellow in place with both interior spring and outer spring coil, I tried multiple times but couldn't get the bellow to connect to the detergent tube. My wife finally had to help to stretch it internally to get it on. Took us another 30 minutes to get this part to finally attach. The whole job took us around 1 30 minutes to complete.

Not sure why, but after installing this my washer has a pretty minor leak through this door bellow. I keep a trash can under the door and it collects all of the leakage, only a few ounces per load so it's not horrible. It appears there is a slight deformity in the door bellow that is likely causing the leak.

Good equivalent of the OEM seal. Not the same exact thing, but all interfaces and notches are where they are supposed to be. Accessing the panels takes longer than installing the seal itself. Good fit.

This bellows is 1/2" narrower than the original. Didn't notice until it was in already. It is visibly different, once installed. Seems to be working so far, but it's only been a couple days. Still waiting to see. Afraid we might have problems with small items getting stuck behind it. We'll see.
