The idea is brilliant - a smart lock completely invisible that can reuse the existing cylinders and latches. The execution is poor. Installing it is quite straightforward for the mechanical part. Once you try to use the "smart" part you realize that the IQ of the device is quite low. I encountered issues with calibration (does not work at all) and random errors (even if the lock is working, it is returning that it isn't). The customer support is AWOL. In three days I got absolutely nothing back, not even an acknowledgement that they received the ticket.

Bought the Level Bolt with high expectations of it being easy to install and use. Unfortunately the bolt only works with certain locks and requires super easy turns otherwise will just get stuck. For a lock price 199$ and above the product should have higher standards.
