Good and cheap!
I purchased 2 minis, a yellow and orange one. Both came in original packaging with 120V usb plugs. Both minis are clean and the cords look like they are in good shape. No material fraying. I had to reset and restore the firmware on both using my Mac mini. So, neither were ready to setup with my apple account. I suspected I might have to do this. Both seem to work just fine.
