Fantastic early jazz! One of if not Miles Davis' Best Albums!
This album is in my opinion an amazing album by miles davis. My favorite by far. It is a soundtrack to what would be considered by today's standards an indie french film called lift to the scaffolds. A drama/thriller film. The music is superb and amazingly recorded. This re issue from 1988 is amazing for the money. A must have for any jazz or miles davis aficionado.
