Bruce Willis is a Vietnam Vet that was -In Country- with Emily Lloyd's character’s father who was killed in Vietnam. She has decided it is time for her to learn the truth about her father and sets out to track down Bruce Willis to get the answers she needs. Finding Willis after going through some questionable trails, she finds him reluctant to talk of Vietnam. She takes some time to draw it out of him to learn that nothing good happened to any of the Vietnam Vets over there. Most came home to the ugliest homecoming of all time. And most have difficulty fitting back in to civilian life. Vietnam was the worst war in modern history as far as being accepted back home. It is just despicable the way the Vets have been treated all of these years!

One of Bruce Willis's first performances in the movies!! Great movie about the Vietnam War also. NOT for children!!! Great supporting cast also!!!
First of all, I am NOT a Bruce Willis fan, but he almost steals this movie from Emily Lloyd, who plays his niece looking for answers about her father, who died in VietNam. A must-see film for anyone related to the VietNam conflict, especially helpful for parents who are trying to explain VietNam to their children.
BUY THIS MOVIE!!! EXCELLENT MOVIE & IT STAYS IN MY MOVIE COLLECTION!!! I WATCHED THIS MOVIE SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY & LOVED IT EVEN MORE EACH TIME!!!
