Alex wurnos wrote the score for this film...it is not good...what saves this album is the inclusion of a few choice fifties jazz pieces by the original artists...of course,if one likes such jazz one would be better off buying the jazz albums themselves, and ignoring this album completely...The original cues here are hard to listen to...indeed,save for the jazz items this album is about as appealing as root canal surgery...The cues seem to be noise, written as noise...there seems to be little to connect these cues to anything that could have been portrayed on-screen...A really bad album...Hopefully this composer will return to noise rock(from which he has drifted in order to become a composer of film music)where his talents, such as they are,can be better used and appreciated...
