About six week ago I was flipping through the channels and noticed that a live Peter Gabriel performance it was wonderful then proceeded to try and find My CD’s to load onto my new ipod. They was gone to that unknow place of lost items. Still wanting more music to fill my ipod, and not wanting to pay .99 cents a song I found this CD to encompass everything I love about this artist. It reminded of a concert at red rock! You will not regret buying this CD. It is refreshing to listening to an artist who actually knows how to read music, as well as write it. But what do you expect for a baby boomer. It will only take one look at the song list to want ti add it to your collection .If you only buy one Peter Gabriel CD I would but this one. The harmonic tones of the voices in Mercy Street are something that any young artist should strive attain. With very little sound from instrumental throughout most of the song the true brilliance of Peter Gabriel’s music is evident.Read full review
A fine collection of tunes. Everyone knows the big hits like "Sledgehammer" and "Big Time," but there are a lot of other less popular ones that truly demonstrate the unique musician Peter Gabriel is. Definitely a great value for the money!

If you're a Peter Gabriel fan, you wouldn't be disappointed with this album. It's just right for listening to in the car, or on "shuffle" in your home changer. One of the better singer/songwriters of the genre and age.
