Very Solid Debut Album from the Queen Of Pop.
Madonna's debut album is one of those first albums that actually gives you a real taste & insight as to why the artist became who she would eventually become. In short, great pop & dance songs. "Holiday", "Borderline" & "Lucky Star" are well known classics. Yet, even the 'unknown' songs are now classic hits. Do you know "Burning Up" or "Everybody"? They're here in their original glory. Non-Single tracks like "Physical Attraction" & "Think Of Me" are solid sexy light funk songs that still sound good. I would have given this album a 5, as opposed to the 4 I gave it only because of the 1 clunker of a song, "I Know It". Great debut.
