Great sci-fi-fi created by Glen A. Larson
This great little gem has an all star cast including : Richard Hatch ( star of the movie Jan and Dean, also a member of the cast of all my children, no longer airing. Among other works.) Dirks Benedict ( of the A-Team among many of his works.) Lorne Greene (best known as Ben Cartwright in Bonanza) A young Jane Seymour as Sirena. Many well known actors make appearances throughout out the weekly shows. Video is amazing in the time period of filming aka the 70's. Story line of good fighting for survival against evil. Though unofficial dubbed "the Cylon fight of the week", for those of us still wanting more of the exciting Special Effects we had seen in StarWars, and more food for thought on Space Travel, Glen Larson's story found A special place in America's living rooms on Sunday prime time. As a fan of this show when it came out . I never missed an epp. I watched for years even when it was on re run. The deleted scenes and extra really make this more enjoyable to watch . Hard to imagine that they actually cut scene from the shows. Wonder if they do this to every show.. Like miami vice and many others. Can't wait to get other show series. The quality of the dvd are excellent. Full screen though. So it does work ok on wide screen tv The book it come with us very informative and the box. Back in time
